Our latest Radiation Safety for X-Ray Installation & Servicing course is in full swing today and tomorrow at our Hurstbridge office training room with attendees from a variety of industries including radiotherapy, industrial and diagnostic X-ray. Already some fantastic questions and discussion from a great group of training participants! We combine relevant and practical radiation safety training with modern and up to date content with a delicious lunch and fantastic Melbourne coffee! (thanks as always to Bridge to Eden cafe!) RadTest Australia have just returned from a very successful conference in Darwin last weekend! We had our all our staff in attendance in the Top End, meeting lots of new and existing clients, networking and attending sessions. We give a big shout out to David Leach, Shane Maria Howell and the whole ASMIRT team for putting on such a fantastic show! We are now setting our sights on ASMIRT 2025 next year in picturesque Adelaide in March and are looking forward, as always to taking RadTest Australia on the road again!

Needing an X-ray service and installation engineers’ course for your new staff? We are your go-to for your training needs! RadTest Australia completed another radiation safety for X-ray service and installation engineers’ course on the 19th and 20th March, 2024. Covering the Scientific Background and history of radiation use, Radiation Protection Philosophy and Standards, Applying the ALARA Principle, Physics of X-ray Tubes, Uses of X-ray Equipment, General X-ray Safety, and more! Our successful students now head out into the workforce fully accredited to service and install medical, diagnostic X-ray equipment. Every course also includes delicious, complementary morning teas, lunches and drinks from our very local café next door across the 2-day course- Yummy! 😊 We conduct this type of course usually once a month- next one will be 23rd -24th April 2024! RadTest Australia, while based in Melbourne are very proud of our regular, interstate compliance testing commitments and it’s great to uphold the “Australia” component of our brand on a regular basis!
